Sunday, February 18, 2024 - Lovely mature barolo. Fairly light colour, browning on the rim. Classic mushroomy/tertiary flavours, but with enough remnants of fruit to keep it fresh. Decent acidity with a hint of tannin, particularly on the finish. I'd say no massive rush to drink up, but don't leave it too long.
