Friday, February 16, 2024 - Jon's 50th Birthday Dinner: Opened for an hour. Another wonderful 2010. Was closed at first so I suggested a decant since it was my bottle. Really woke up the wine and continued to get better with more air. Good development, but still fresh and vibrant. Great energy and a finish that lingers.
