Friday, February 2, 2024 - My WOTD. This is what most of the other wines are potentially heading towards but just in a really lovely spot. Dark cranberry and cracked pepper and everything is very well balanced and the elegance is there but it’s a bit more expressive and the age has softened some edges and just all playing together quite well. Not going anywhere but drinking nicely at the moment.
