Monday, February 19, 2024 - GRAND TASTING #2: PnP w/2 hr. glass time. Clear, ruby/purple color. Med intensity nose. Ideal drinking window. Integrated, dark fruit profile, full body but not hot, aged, saddle, wet earth, tobacco, plum. Long resolved tannins. Classic CdP, nothing off.
