Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - Nose: Blue- and blackberries, very sweet and smooth, slight wet leather with time, flour, reveals more vegetable and peppery notes with more air, meat glazed with berries

Mouth: Dry start, cotton, blueberry cake, dried wild  herbs, old kakao beans, smooths with time to a beautiful change from sweet to oaky
