Tuesday, June 30, 2009 - Wow. On the nose it is full of raw meat, licorice, herbs, dark chocolate and plums with some notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is dense and really chewy fruit - well balanced with the tannins. A full bodied effort that lingers in the mouth forever.
