Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Ch Senejac continues to be a great performer from the Haut Medoc. Correct dark ruby color, nose is a bit closed, but minerality and a little cigar box show through. In the mouth, though it brims with dark cherry, bramble and oak. The tannins are pronounced but the acidity keeps it manageable. A solid effort for a reasonable price.
