Sunday, March 3, 2024 - Drank over two days vacuuming in bottle. Day 1, best in decanted 1.5 hours to give a good nose, pale brownish red color, light, with tertiary notes, tobacco noses after 2 hours. Day 2, poured from vacuum bottle, better nose of minerals, better mouth feel. Good to drink up now.
