Wednesday, July 1, 2009 - Light honeysuckle with lime zest nose. Loads mineral and wet sea shell flavor, kinda like licking the calcium carbinate powder in a chewing gum wrapper. A long and acidic finish with a slight sour apple pucker. This must be had with food to fully appreciate it. I recommend this a Buy Again.
