On the palate a slight sweetness, high acidity, medium(-) tannins, softly rounded, medium body. 14,5%. Pronounced oak, coconut and butterscotch, on top of jammy berries. Medium aftertaste adding compost. Burning afterfeel.
Impression of cream. Quaffable.
Day two and the oak has calmed down, but still a lot of butterscotch. More red berries. A bit more taut.
Will wait at least three years for next bottle.
