Sunday, March 10, 2024 - A No (following Leaf) day in the Bio calendar - screwcap finished. Nose is ripe apricot and peach. On the palate it’s rich, full bodied and smooth. Acidity is medium. Flavours are ripe peach, apricot a bit of pineapple. This is a really delicious and nicely textured wine that envelops the senses and is a treat to enjoy both by itself and with a meal. In our case it was with a seafood lasagna. The medium length finish carries the full bodied weight and full flavours of this wine. It’s delightful and a steal at this price for a BC wine.
