Tuesday, March 12, 2024 - Medium pale greenish-gold. Lemon, pear, roasted almond, cream soda, sea breeze, white flowers, honeysuckle, and wet rocks. Medium bodied, high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long mineral finish. Fresh, elegant and precise.

Delicious, high acidity white wine that should go well with sushi or crustaceans.
