Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Start by knowing that this is a Pinot Noir based sparkling wine. Out of the fridge, popped and poured. The color is gold with a slight blush. Plentiful bubbles - small to medium. Light plus brioche on the nose. The fruit is very evident in this wine - great Pinot fruits - strawberry and cherry. Medium minus acid. This is a sparkling wine that is a mouthful, but not overbearingly rich. Medium plus finish length. 12.5 ABV. Recommended. 92-94 points is a conservative score. Enjoy it now, or hold on to see where it goes.
