Monday, March 11, 2024 - Drank as the main wine for our 7th anniversary celebrations at La Fontana in Biltmore Hotel.

Placed in the decanter about 30 minutes before starting consuming, the wine has that distinctive toasty oak and perfume as most mature Opus has. There violets and forest in the nose, the body is bold, good complexity with touches of black truffle, finish is great.

Drink or hold, no rush.
