Thursday, February 15, 2024 - 金色的酒液和若有似无的气泡，昭示酒已经进入了完全成熟期。香气同样以成熟浓苹果和酵母、奶油等衍生香气为主，还有淡淡的菌菇气息，果味和复杂度略有不足，但在口中有很好的集中度，浓郁持久。
