Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Costco purchase 3 years ago and cellared. Slow ox’d for 2 hours. Dark garnet color with brown and orange hues. Had with grilled beef and cabbage. Initial take was a complex, oak nose with strong mint. Very good with the beef. Mineral and earthy, iron. chocolate, fig, black cherry… complex palate. This was best on night 3, so likely will improve with more time in cellar. No rush
