Monday, September 11, 2023 - Ripe peach nose. Really deep golden color. Honey with some ginger and peach pit flavor on the opening. Very moderate acid. Once it warms and gets some some air, a wet earth minerality towards the mid palate. Very mild citrus. Elegant. Medium bodied. Complete but not necessarily layered. Also some white pepper spice. Lemon, honey, cinnamon and more spice towards the finish.
