Monday, March 25, 2024 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of pencil lead, vanilla, mint, blackfruits, cassis. Well balanced palate of acidity and tannin. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. The mouthfeel is smooth and integrated. Round tannin. Drinking well now. Decanted for 2 hours. In its peak windowing now.
