Friday, March 29, 2024 - What a wonderfully unique wine. Expressive notes of strawberries, pure berries, florals and a herbaceous quality on the nose. What you’d expect from a natural burg. Colour was super light and a little cloudy. On the palate there was a slightly spritzy/tingly feeling on the tongue. Pure fruit and a lovely bright and wide acidity. The unique blend of Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot, certainly comes through in complexity and a light and bright and fruity wine. you could drink this all day, immensely pleasurable and very well executed.
