Saturday, March 9, 2024 - This beatutiful, traditional style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape is in a great phase at the moment. The mouthfeel is round, and the tannins have already fully resolved and integrated, but there is still plenty of fresh fruit left. The wine is providing lovely aromas and flavors ripe raspberries, strawberries, cherries, herbs and pine needles. This will still keep, but there is no real reason to wait!
