Sunday, March 31, 2024 - This is very smooth now. Lots of fruit, most tannins have disappeared. The wine is actually quite versatile now and goes with a wide variety of foods. Enjoyed with a roast lamb tonight and it was lovely, but unlike many syrah/shiraz it did not overwhelm the lamb.
I would drink up what is remaining
