Saturday, March 30, 2024 - From magnum: decanted 4 hours for a magnum dinner party. Kicked off our evening pairing with the truffle gougeres amuse before the miso butter shrimp for our first course. The wine benefitted from the decsnt as it mellowed and settled well over the 4 hours. Lovely, deep, complex with hints of strawberry in colour and taste. A pinot for cab lovers for sure!
