Monday, April 1, 2024 - apparently this is in the drinking window. and perhaps it's the style, but it's a little inky for my palate, maybe too young?

...dark and opaque. nose is fruity and floral, rich, sweet but green. palate is full-bodied, a little green and stemmy, but there's ample fruit to see this improve and soften in bottle, if you're inclined to wait a few more years.

ps with the help of a peugeot wine ager, this was quite nice. several dips of the copper alloy tool smoothes the wine out and resolves the tannin.
