Inviting nose with aromas of yellow plums, yellow apples, lemons, roasted oak, freshly grinded coffee beans and sea salt. Very youthful, tight taste, dominated by mineral notes of wet stones and sea salt, together with tight acidic lemon, lemon soda and green apple fruit. Intense in the flavours, very well-balanced and super fresh. Very long delicious taste. Drinking very well, but give it some time as it is painfully young and tight.
