Monday, April 8, 2024 - Really enjoyable wine. Nose of citrus, apple and something like ripe cheese, like the rind of a Brie. Palate of lemon, green apple and a hint of apricot. Lovely oily, waxy mouthfeel, with a little effervescence at the end that is just perfect. Was great with a Caesar salad.
