Saturday, April 13, 2024 - I probably gave this a harsher point rating than I should. The reason is that, although it was great, I believe it still has a long time to improve in the bottle. Lovely and light as you would expect from a pinot but with the deep flavors that really kept coming especially after it had been opened for an hour. Open it, leave it, drink a glass of white while you wait, come back and enjoy. I will get more, visiting Lato in September of 24 and hope to have more and detailed notes on their wines.
