Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Beautiful Sancerre in a tough vintage. There is a pronounce jalapeño note that is matched perfectly with grilled pineapple, kiwi, and lime. A grassy vegetal backdrop that is well integrated with the fruit.
Very high acidity, medium - body, pale straw color.
Paired famously with Baja fish tacos.
