Friday, April 19, 2024 - Fresh with plenty of acid. Almost smokey nose when first opened that dissipated within 15 minutes. After breathing, mouth/nose combined for that salty popcorn experience with extra minerality. One of the best white burgundies we've had in a while. Bring this to the [good] friend who "hates" California chardonnay. Drinking great now, but probably continues to evolve another 5-10 years.
