Saturday, April 20, 2024 - First opened it was very light. LOTS of light cherry. Over time it gained weight. Getting white peppery notes with dark berries now. No more light cherries. Getting earthy notes now with sage. A hint of rosemary. it keeps evolving. Very mature but still will be good for a few more years. I'm glad I waited all these years to open it.
