Monday, April 22, 2024 - Perfect cork! Fully matured and perfect condition. Quite shy upon opening and started to open up after 1 hour in the glasses. This wine is about harmony and finness rather than power and structure. Pale ruby colour, still good acidity with taste of sour cherry and strawberry. There is no reason to wait any longer as I believe this wine will start to fall apart soon.
