Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Purple and black fruit from Waiheke Island. Displayed a degree of plushness in a mixed new world old world way. Has developed nicely - drinking well now, no risk of falling over just yet. Not as structured as the 2010 Ornellaia consumed at the same time, but was a different blend, with some minerality reflecting its island heritage.
