Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Funky nose with some volatile acidity. Then strawberry and raspberry. Alcohol a bit noticeable, quite bitter. Solid natural style cerasuolo. With air it becomes less "natural" and has the typical cerasuolo seriousness, i.e. little fruit, good body.
