Friday, April 26, 2024 - Very interesting wine. First opened the bottle and tasted wine appeared flat and quite acidic. Poured in decanter and decanted for close to 1:30-2 hours. It started to sing at the end of 2nd hour and oh boy it opened up by 3rd hour with amazing nose of Vosne spices, mocha powder, red fruit and flower notes. Palate is medium bodied, excellent length and good structure with red fruit opening up and balancing acidity, Asian spice and peppery long finish. Had it with duck magret.
