Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Drank this wine over a couple of nights. I wasn’t very happy after the first couple of mouthfuls, the wine had a real bite to it and it wasn’t enjoyable.
I decided to leave it for a couple of hours before drinking anymore and what a huge difference it made.
The wine was smooth with nice colour & depth.
