Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Deceptively pale and light and without much of a nose, this surprised on the palette with lovely lime (held in check) and lychee flavors, and even a hint of was that yuzu? Feels like it needs several years to really show what it can do. Love me the Etna carricantes, and totally intrigued to see/taste what can be done with this grape in California.
