Certainly not the type of champagne that appeals to everyone due to its oxidative style. However, those who love mature champagnees will enjoy its intensity, multitude of rich flavours and long finish. Plus.. the story about Selosse himself and his unique winemaking outlook is a great conversation piece at a small private dinner amongst friends !
