Saturday, May 4, 2024 - Beautiful nose and palate on the abricot and honey. Long finish with a nice bitterness on the lime skin. I was negatively surprised by how low the acidity was, which made the wine rather heavy. Paired with tantamen ramen, it was too sweet and not acidic enough for the dish. Maybe to pair with lemon pie would give the twist.
