Saturday, May 4, 2024 - Pop and even before the first pour, that amazing super-Syrah aromas of dark blue fruit, black plum reduction, bacon, & olive are apparent through the neck of the bottle! But on the palate it was somewhat more savory, ferrous and structured than I was expecting. Better with a few hours in the decanter. Hold 3-6 years for upside potential.
