Saturday, May 4, 2024 - Dinner with friends, drunk over a carbonara, no TN.
This seemed to me in a perfect place. Floral nose, with underlying fruit and a touch of goudron revealing the Nebbiolo grape. Very nice on the palate too: lightfooted, but at the same time with a certain firmness and very tasty. Everybody loved it.
