Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - 3/2022 disgorgement. light gold colored. medium mousse with active fine bead. honey, toast, cocoa, walnuts on the nose. light bodied with good acidity. palate with some sweet toasted nuts, honey, roast apples, oranges, malted chocolate, and a lime zest finish. good finish with a well tempered sour aftertaste. well dosed for a brut, not too rich or cloying. excellent.
