Thursday, May 9, 2024 - Just in its best place right now. Colour mid yellow. Nose . complex spice, hints creme Brulee, ripe stone fruit/botrytis , acidity still pleasing to extend palate. Just delightful drinking right now.
will hold for several years, before colour noticeably deepens, and tertiary toffee/marmalade flavours start to prevail.
