Saturday, May 11, 2024 - This is in prime drinking window. My notes are most similar to CARLSPORT in May 2022. Spice and length come to mind first. I gave my last bottle about a 2 hour decant - would recommend to others. My cork struggled to come out but ultimately didn't crumble into the wine. Pouring into a decanter through a strainer was fine - didn't need any more extreme measures.
