NOSE: syrupy guava; some other tropical notes too (papaya?); oak; intensely rich bouquet.
BODY: light-medium golden yellow color; medium bodied
TASTE: good acidity -- it balances some incredible richness quite nicely; a bit of oak, but not too much; strong finish; good minerality. Still the best Chard. I've ever had.
