Sunday, September 27, 2009 - Fantastic example of what a Cali Cab should be. Big and dense, but not overpowering. Dark fruit and a little pepper on the back end. Finish is incredibly smooth with velvety tannins. Drank immediately after opening, delicious and ready to drink now. Had with dinner, but the wine is probably solid enough to hold up on its own without food.
