Sunday, October 4, 2009 - This wine had it going on tonight. Maybe because my expectations were low but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. Brick red in color, subtle and musty on the nose. My wife guessed "old" and our guests thought "very good". This wine lacked the velvet center and finish to be great but was a pleasure to consume tonight.
