Very tight and close at the beginning with notes of reduction. After being decanted, the wine started to show fragrance of quince, liquorice and wax, with hints of white fruits. In the mouth, wax and quince dominated, but it was overall quite complex. The finish was quite long and soft . However, the low acidity gives a bit of heaviness.
