Wednesday, October 28, 2009 - Ruby with amber highlights. Gorgeous, extroverted scents right out of the gate of strawberry/raspberry fruit, fresh herbs and roasted meats. No funk to speak of on either the nose or the palate which had bracing acidity to compliment the strong, barely roasted red fruit center. The finish too was clean, long and complex with pulsating encores of fruit and herbal spice.
