Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - Nice, stemmy nose. The flavor of lemon meringue molecular gastronomy foam. A plush, creamy. mouth feel with a hint of smoky austerity. Joe says it will grow into its carmelly, creme bruee maturity as the years go by.
