Tuesday, November 17, 2009 - More great farmer fizz from Wine Expo. Very fine bubbles and classic blanc de blanc flavors of green apples. Very delicious and fun to drink.

Can't say that it always paired well with sushi; sometimes the wasabi and bubbles didn't jive.
