Sunday, December 6, 2009 - Long cork was entirely wine-stained but had a dry top and came out in one piece easily. Decanted just for a couple of min to ensure it was ok...rebottled, vacuumed, and then consumed at restaurant with steak. Classic Paulliac with loads of bell pepper/greenness. Not too old and will hold for a while but unlikely to get much better. Enjoy now.
